Imuzar is a meditation, breathing and sound healing app designed to help you relax, sleep better, reduce stress and improve your wellbeing through guided experiences. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have over your data.

What we collect

Depending on how you use Imuzar, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address and, where provided, your name.
• Authentication information needed to create and maintain your Imuzar account.
• Subscription information, such as your subscription status and related account information.
• App preferences and activity, such as favorites, settings, and other information you choose to save within Imuzar.
• Technical and diagnostic information, such as basic information used to understand errors, improve performance, and maintain the stability of the service.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve Imuzar.

Sign in with Google

If you choose to create or access your Imuzar account using Google, Google may provide us with information associated with your Google Account, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier, depending on the permissions and information available through the Google authentication process.

We use this information to create and authenticate your Imuzar account, maintain your profile, and provide the services you request. We do not receive or store your Google Account password.

Google's authentication system may provide information such as name, email, profile picture, and a unique sub identifier to applications using OpenID Connect.

Sign in with Apple

If you choose to create or access your Imuzar account using Apple, Apple may provide us with your name and email address when you authorize access to that information.

You may also choose Hide My Email. In that case, Apple may provide Imuzar with a private relay email address instead of your personal email address. Messages sent to an Apple private relay address may be forwarded to the email address associated with your Apple Account according to Apple's relay service.

We use information received from Apple to create and authenticate your Imuzar account and provide the services you request. We do not receive or store your Apple Account password.

Apple provides the user's name and, when requested and authorized, email information during the Sign in with Apple process. The name may only be provided the first time the user authorizes the app, so we may retain it as part of the user's Imuzar profile.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Imuzar account.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Provide meditation, breathing, sound, sleep, and other Imuzar features.
• Save your preferences and content, such as favorites and settings.
• Manage subscriptions and account status.
• Send essential account and security emails, including verification, password-reset, email-change, and security notifications.
• Send a welcome message when a new Imuzar account is successfully created and, where applicable, its email has been verified.
• Diagnose technical problems and improve performance, stability, and the overall experience.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Payments

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms. Imuzar does not receive or store your full payment-card details for purchases made through those stores.

Analytics and diagnostics

We may use analytics and diagnostic information to understand how Imuzar is used, identify technical problems, measure performance, and improve the service.

Where analytics are used, we aim to use the minimum information reasonably necessary for these purposes and do not use analytics to create advertising profiles for users.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not create advertising profiles for the purpose of selling your data to advertisers.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

We do not record audio from your microphone unless a feature requires microphone access and you explicitly grant the required permission.

We do not intentionally collect health information through Imuzar unless a specific feature clearly asks for such information and you explicitly provide it.

How long we keep your information

We retain account and related information for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain your account, unless you request deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period after account deletion where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can:

• Update certain account information from within Imuzar.
• Manage your subscription through the applicable App Store or Google Play account.
• Request deletion of your Imuzar account and associated personal data, subject to information we may be required or permitted to retain by law.
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request restriction of processing in circumstances provided by applicable law.
• Object to certain processing where applicable.
• Request a portable copy of certain information where applicable.

You may also withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

These rights are subject to applicable law and may have specific exceptions or conditions.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your Imuzar account and associated personal data.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information that we no longer have a legitimate reason to retain, subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.

Children's privacy

Imuzar is intended for general use and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is required by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Imuzar inappropriately, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we cannot promise that information will always remain completely secure.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Imuzar, our services, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make material changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice where required.
